Q: What areas do you cover?

A: We are currently based in Hobart 7009 and serve the surrounding areas.

 

Q: How much do you charge?

A: We charge $50 for our Training walk or visit service, which is an hours(minimum)1-2-1 walk or visit with a trainer whilst your out. We also offer in home consultations at an hourly rate of $70. Please see our pricing for information on all of our services.

 

Q: How do I pay for my Training Walks or visits?

A: For regular walks and visits, we invoice at the end of every month (to your preferred email address) and you can either pay: Cash or via Bank Transfer. For irregular walks we will invoice prior to any service.

Q: How do I pay for in home consultations?
A: We will send out an invoice prior to any sessions. A 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid prior to any session. 

 

Q: When are you available to walk or visit my dog?

A: We can do visits and training walks 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday. 


Q: When can we train?
A: For in home consultations, we also offer evening appointments to suit you too.

Q: How do you pick up and drop off my dog?

A: We will come and pick up your dog from your home. Clients usually provide us with keys so we can collect your dog and return them home after their walk or day out.

 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: If you have to cancel a walk or visit, please let us know by 5pm the day before- we understand that things change and will not charge if this notice period is given. 

 

Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes, We have full Public Liability insurance 

 

Q: What happens in an emergency?

A: We are Canine First Aid trained and will take details of your vet during our initial consultation, just in case. We would contact you immediately in the event  of any emergency. In the unlikely event that your dog needs to go to a vet, we will take them to their own vet or the closest one available depending on the situation.
