A: Usually yes, but If your dog is a little bit unsure on their recall then we can keep them on a long lead so they can run and play in safety!

Q: How many dogs are walked at once?

A: Dogs have more fun if they can play and socialise while they are out and about. At Super Woofers, groups are kept small, never more than 5 dogs walking at a time. We feel this is the safest way to work and the dogs really love the attention!

A: We will come and pick up your dog from your home. Clients usually provide us with keys so we can collect your dog and return them home after their walk or day out.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: If you have to cancel a walk or visit, please let us know by 5pm the day before- we understand that things change and will not charge if this notice period is given. If you let us know that your dog will be away in advance, we will also keep your dog’s space in their group while they are away- ready for when they are back to play!

A: Yes, We have full Public Liability insurance with Cliverton.

Q: What happens in an emergency?

A: We are Canine First Aid trained and will take details of your vet during our initial consultation, just in case. We would contact you immediately in the event  of any emergency. In the unlikely event that your dog needs to go to a vet, we will take them to their own vet or the closest surgery depending on the situation.
